All products are described as accurately as possible with concise detailing on the relevant product page. Our products are bespoke and handmade to order and you may find slight variations in colour, positioning of text etc.. We reserve the right to amend product descriptions at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We may take images of items that you have purchased and these images may be published on the website to showcase our designs, however you have the right to request that we do not use your purchases in our product or marketing imagery. All images remain our copyright.
Any mistakes made by the buyer can be rectified but will incur a small charge. Any mistakes made by us will be rectified free of charge and we request that these be reported to us as soon as is reasonably possible after receiving goods.
In accordance with Distance Selling regulations, we do not normally accept cancellations for our products as they are custom, personalised items. If you need to make any changes to your order please email us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate any alterations as long as your order has not gone into production.
